The Presidential Amnesty Programme (PAP) wishes to inform delegates receiving monthly bulk payments of a delay in receiving their payments.

This is due to lack of cash backing in the Gifmis platform in the Office of the Accountant General of the Federation

The PAP therefore urges all affected delegates to exercise patience as efforts are being made to address the situation.

The July 2023 monthly bulk payment will be accessed by them immediately cash backing is effected by the Office of the Accountant-General of the Federation.
